One of the biggest mistakes that I have seen in the last decade in the world of health and wellness has nothing to do with the process of going from point A to point B.
It has everything to do with not fully understanding point A.
I am all for being excited to transform your health and being eager to jump in to start working on improving your health be it through #10PercentFitter method or not. With that said, I am not a fan of not being prepared for what obstacles I will face on the journey. I do not want to be running really fast in a direction that is not most efficient for me.
