Assessing Your Starting Point On A Health Transforming #10Percent Fitter Journey

One of the biggest mistakes that I have seen in the last decade in the world of health and wellness has nothing to do with the process of going from point A to point B.

It has everything to do with not fully understanding point A.

I am all for being excited to transform your health and being eager to jump in to start working on improving your health be it through #10PercentFitter method or not. With that said, I am not a fan of not being prepared for what obstacles I will face on the journey. I do not want to be running really fast in a direction that is not most efficient for me.

So how do you avoid that and what am I talking about? This is all part of my #10PercentFitter Method that I cover in my weekly show. I will add my recordings here for my followers of the blog and visitors of the website. What I have been talking about today is assessing your physiology and internal health prior to jumping head first into a health corrective journey. It is important for many reasons one of which has everything to do with motivation.

Check out the video to get information on some assessments that may be needed and a few symptoms that can help you to make the right choice. Here is the link to it on my YouTube Channel. Please subscribe so you never miss my video content.
